Return and Refund Policy

At MusicShopStore.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened software or digital downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Used drumsticks, reeds, mouthpieces, or any item that comes in direct contact with the body for hygiene reasons

  • Customized or special-order items

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at returns@musicshopstore.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a return shipping address.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@musicshopstore.com
